These pictures were taken right after we came home from the gym. JJ & I were playing on the floor when JJ crawled over to my purse, pulled out the camera, crawled back to me, and handed me the camera. When I asked if he wanted his picture taken, he smiled and waited for me to take the picture you see here. Then we took a few more together...

8 months old

After all the excitement earlier in the day, JJ wasn't much in the picture mood for his 8 mos picture. Here's the few that we snapped. Also, have you tried keeping an 8 mos old still for a few photos?!

Ham it up!

JJ was in rare form on Memorial Day. Maybe it was is 8 month birthday, maybe it was the day off work for Mommy & Daddy, maybe it was because summer was finally here ~ whatever the reason, he was quite the ham!

7 months old!

JJ loves to have his picture taken and is showing even more personality. This "photo shoot" was great because he was in a great mood! Our little boy is getting so big! Look at him compared to his bear!

Tulsa Zoo

Mommy, JJ, and Grandma Cheryl played hookie and went to the zoo. Although JJ liked everything about the zoo, his favorite was the flamingos (so much that he wouldn't look away from them to take the picture!)

Our Little Birdie

JJ never has had trouble eating - he looks like a little bird waiting for his next bite. Breakfast is Daddy & JJ's special time to share.

Grandma & Grandpa Emmons Visit

Grandpa Jack and Grandma Joy came to visit for the Emmons' annual fishing trip! The RV made it safely here and back and JJ got a nice visit from Albuquerque grandparents.
